Tanssiurheiluseura STEP Ry

Step Dance Club from Tampere is one of the biggest dance sport clubs in Finland. It emphasizes on both standard and latin dances. The club is founded in 1976, and today it has over 300 members, of which about 100 compete actively.

Step's aim is strongly on competing, but dancing just for fun is also supported. In the summer of 1995 the club rented and built an own dancing center (Dance Factory) with two separate dance halls in Nekala, Tampere.
